Ethically raised with no hormones or antibiotics, this is pork as it should be—clean, flavorful, and fully customizable.

What's Included:

• 15 lbs - Ground Pork (Your Choice of Ground Pork, Sausage, or Chorizo)
• 24 lbs - Chops (Rib, Loin, and Sirloin Chops)
• 10 lbs - Fresh Belly (Sliced or in Pieces)
• 22 lbs - Fresh Ham (Cut into Roasts or Steaks)
• 15 lbs - Shoulder Roasts
• 3.5 lbs - Spare Ribs

Pricing & Delivery Options:

• Local Pickup: $8.90 per lb (~$805 per half hog). The pre-order deposit will be subtracted from your final price.
• Home Delivery (UPS): $9.90 per lb (~$795 per half hog). Home delivery orders have a consistent weight of ~80 lbs.

How It Works:

• Place your pre-order and submit your cut sheet questionnaire (emailed after checkout).
• We process your pork exactly to your specifications.
• Pick up your pork at a designated location or have it delivered straight to your door.
